Re: JVC service or questions

Re: JVC Television: Model #JVC AV-32D501; the Video-In jack connection for Input 2 doesn't work. Both the white and red Audio jacks for Input 2 do work; we've tried different video (yellow) cables, which do work on Input 1 and Input 3, but not on Input 2 Video-Input. Any idea why? (Other Info: the S-Video cable from the DVD is using the Video-In S-Video connector for Input 1 and works fine. When we switched the S-Video to Input 2 for testing purposes, we could no longer see the DVD. So our testing shows that neither the S or AV Input jacks on Input 2 work. We are currently using Input 3 for the VCR, but would prefer to route the VCR through Input 2). Also, out of curiosity, what does the word "Over" (which appears to the right of the Video-In connection for Input 2) mean? Does that have anything to do with it not working properly? Thank you in advance for your help. Gary
