Sony Cyber-shot DSC-Te

Hi, I have Sony cyber-shot DSC-T3 camera, which won't turn on after I recharged it for about an hour or so. I changed the battery and still won't turn on. Could you please advise what could be the problem and what's the fix. Your assistance will be very much appreciated Thanks Regards, Sara
