Hello Christina: You are certainly Welcome! Thank you for your response regarding the Quick Fix working successfully for your Sony DSC-S40 with the white/blank LCD screen. The pics that Eric has been kind enough to e-mail indicate some sort of issue with an internal "cable". I believe my Quick Fix simply re-seats whatever it is that is loose.
