Television Screen Turns Red

We've had our LCD tv for a little over a year/ just past the 1 year warranty mark. Right after we turn the tv on everything that is dark on the tv screen turns red, it stays like that for about 20 mintutes and then jumps back to the regular colors. After it is on for 2 hours or so it will do it again for 20 minutes. Anything we can do, does anyone know what's wrong?
