I post the same question already sent on the mail. I have the same trouble read on the forum : the PROTECT message does not allow any playing since it appeared on display. My serial no. is: 106H4895 Please could you answer me about the solution ? Thank you very much for a reply.

Giving the serial number might be of assistance if it was accompanied by what the device model number is that you are referring to.
