I purchased a JVC GR-D90US on Dec. 6, 2003. I also soon after thar purchased a GR-D275u, doing so I used the GR-D90us very little.Tthe last time was at a reunion in Sept 2005. It worked fine then. Two weeks ago I went to edit some tape of the reunion and the Vidio recorder would not work. It had a distorted pic and no pic in the record mode. I took it to a local Vidio store and they, checked it out, and said it was, on a recall from JVC as it had similar problems like the ones I was haveing. I find this true, on jvc web site. My question is I no longer have the recept but purchased this thru home shopping in 2003. It needs to be repaired-replaced as it is still in new condition. What is the process to do this.
