Seeing E01 problem on GR-D72US. How do I fix it?

take out the battery and reseat it. I did that but the problem is not solved. I tried it without the battery directly on AC, it still did not fix it. What is the solution? How do I fix it. Sandhi Bhide beaverton, OR 97006
