How to fix my Zen neeon, Where can I get it repaired?

When I attempt to charge my Zen Neeon, it just displays the Creative logo. The USB port is fully functional, but the Neeon is not being read. Also, attempting to turn on the player only results in the Creative logo being displayed. How can this be fixed, and where could I get it repaired in Auckland?
