Still a problem...

We were able to fix ours that way once.. and it worked for abouta year longer with the fix... it has since started blinking again, and no amount of adjusting it works. Someone said it's not worth replacing the tube, has anyone gotten a repair estimate on it? Thanks in advance for any information you can give me!
