MY jvc hx-z30 has no sound coming out of the speakers.... blows up the amp fusese

Hello I have a shelf system JVC HX-Z30 which I remember was amazing (I say remember because I hadn't been using it for almost a year) so anyways today I went to try it and It did turn on but there was no sound or noise or nothing everything else works exept there is no sound. I tryed headphones and I could here very quite-bad quality sound, so I opend it, took the cover off and I noticed that there was a couple of fuses (I assumed for the amplifier) which were blown so I replaced them and tryed to turn the system on and as soon as I pluged it in the outlet the new fuses blwe up again but it's only these two fuses which keep on blowing (when changed), the rest are fine and the system works with no sound coming out of the speakers. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanx
