Samsung CT-6335WCX shuts down on start up.

The H.O. transistor was shorting. I replaced it and the the flyback. Now the high voltage comes up then the regulator shuts down. If I cut the horizontal drive, the 130v supply comes up and stays up. I can find no shorted secondary diodes. I suspect overvoltage detection shutdown from the HO secondary windings.
