Points to note if intending posting a query.

It should be noted that when making any queries about camcorders the model number MUST be included, also please dont post a question "as an addition" to someone else's question (i.e: using the original posters same space) as doing this may result in the question not being seen, click on the "post new message" link. Also if you chose to restrict your e-mail address this will result that in many cases that you will not receive a full reply, especially if the query is a "lens cap" one, this is due to technical reasons as well as the pre-set up replies NOT being suitable to paste into the small reply box provided by Pechorins.
