No power to unit.

Recorder functioned well for approx 14 months, then suddenly one day would not respond to on/off controls, manually or with remote. Have thoroughly examined all power cords, electrical outlets, etc. The problem must be internal, perhaps a bad power plant within the unit. Would appreciate any solution, or referal.
