I have a good one for you guys... This seems to be a common problem with sony tvs. what if the actual pot (knob) that we are turning to fix this problem is just really cheap? They are just a plastic wafer with a (sandpaper like ) conductive / resistive surface glued to them... turn it and its a quick fix, but replace it? email me if this works for anyone. i have had a few sterios with this wear out problem...
