This means there is moisture inside the Viewcam. Try taking the tape out, leaving the cassette compartment open for 2 hours to allow any condensation to evaporate. I used a hairdryer, it works now! If the DEW indicator is still illuminated you'll need to call a Sharp authorized servicer.
