JVC Camcorder model# GR-AXM151U

Lens Cap error
I know that JVC is fixing this problem at no charge but I have a question about my model number. I have searched my model number at the JVC website and the only number that seems to match mine is GR-AXM151US. On my camcorder the model number is GR-AXM151U. Mine is missing the S. Are these two model numbers the same?

i too have the same question, my unit has same model number minus the "s", are these the same ?? thx
