HomeJVC 27 inch tv has problem starting up. My tv does not want to power up. Took the case off, full of dust. Cleaned it. No help. Looked at board nothing appears loose or broken. However if the board is not in the set or if I barely lift the corner of the board it will start up. Once it is on it stays on. But next time I turn it off and on it may not start up without lifting moving the board. Any ideas??

It seems it's a bad solder. Try tapping with a scrue driver handle in the board to localize the problem |
