pl. help to solve the proble as no support from manufacturer is available

I have a color TV (aiwa sx2150) One day suddenly when tv is switched on No sound is observed. Even "sound" option from setup menu is also gone. Type of Reception (PAL, NTSC etc.)started coming while tuning, which was not observed earlier any time. Not a single sound function is accessible from remote or on TV buttons. in setup menu lenguage has started coming which was not there earlier. All other functions of Set is working OK.
