Hello I have just found your webpage while seraching how to fix this very problem. I have a JVC GR-D73AA that I love but it is displaying that the lense cap is on when its is not? I am taping my grandfathers 80th birthday tomorrow and have only just discovered the problem. Any assistane to fix the problem would be wonderful. Thanking you in advance Renae
