My JCV camcorder (its new) gives a e02 code. It says safeguard mode. I took the battery off for hours, unhooked the charger. Nothing helps. This happens with tape in, or with tape out. I see others on the internet complaining about e02 unresolved issues. Is this just a badly designed JCV product? What shall I do?
