Set Lock blocks all channels cannot undo

Kids switched from game to cable-channel 3- and some how locked CH 3 out. Remote is long gone, have used menu buttons on front. Now whole set is blue screen every channel but for msg to enter unlock code of which no one has any idea. How do I reset. Thx
