i also have this problem, if you could let me know too i would greatly appreciate. i assume that all sony handycams use the same software. Even I am facing the same problem, if you can lay your ands on something useful, please help me out too. I will inform you, if I get something. Plz send me the link to download the software as I have the same camera and the same problem.
