Home | Previous messageI have a JVC model # GR-D372U. I'm having a hard time putting my video on my laptop. I have media software but it is not recognizing that i have any videos on my compter when i have the USB cord attached. What am I doing wrong? I have the camera fully powered. I even bought software for videos :( I'd appreciate any help thanks! ~Sunnessa

I tried every way possible to download video from my camcorder to my computer. it requires a firewire and card. Even if you get it to recognize the camera it will drop frames. |
