32" Sony Trinitron gets a picture but acts like the Horizonatal control is out

My 11 year old Sony TV has been a great TV, no problems until now. The TV is getting a picture and sound, but the picture is wavy and act like the horizontal control is out of tune. I have looked everywhere for a horizonatal control switch but no luck. Can anyone help???
