hello...hope you can help me... i am trying to turn on my jvc hxd7 stereo and it automatically goes to protect message and shuts down..can you tell me what i need to do? thanks

It is amazing how common this problem appears yet JVC won't do anything to fix the problem. I too am experiencing this after owning the system for about 18 months. I am near Toronto and will be contacting JVC tomorrow. Thought I'd look for a remedy online first but it appears everyone is as lost as I am!

I am having the exact same issue, and I cannot get any help by calling JVC. If there is anyone out there that can PLEASE be of assistance, it would greatly be appreciated
