Please send me the info! I have a JVC GR-SXM260 which is almost new. I can't record anything but audio. It also says that the lens cap is on, but it isn't. Thanks!!!

Full info on the reason for fault and the procedure used to obtain the "free" (qualified) repair sent via direct e-mail.
