Homeget vertical lines when switched on and wont do anything else,will play back tapes though.was fine 6 months ago. my parents camcorder when on has vertical lines on lcd screen and wont record or allow menu to be displayed but does playback tapes,please help as it is needed for xmas as it is my nephews first and parents are upset. thank you
