I was ready to buy another, but it is no longer needed ;) Simply amazing... it saved me from another middle finger :D The finger strike method worked for me too. Strange, but I guess all's well that ends well! My Sony DSC-S40 also developed the white screen several days ago and I was about to go out and buy a replacement. Your solution seemed rather silly but I tried it exactly as you specified and it worked! I am truly amazed. How did you ever discover it? |
