Need help troubleshooting my 65 projeciton tv

I turned on my tv today (JVC av-65wp74 Oct 2003) and noticed some severe shadowing and color issues. The color seemed to bleed to a violet color in the shadowing effects. I tried to access the menu to see if there was a reset for the video, but the menu would not pull up using the remote. I could access the video status menu, but I could not change any of the options (Theater Pro, Sports, Movie, etc) I am looking for any easy fixes before I send it off to be serviced and incur those fees. Thanks!

    From what I gathered re-searching online this is not a fix that you can perform, unless you are a Television repair man. Your TV appears to need a professional tube adjustment and needs to be perfromed by specific tools. Hope this helps.
