Re: Sony HDM-2830 HD Monitor

Alex Posted Dec 11, 2006, in response to:Luis G.

Hello! I am looking for the manual too. Apparently even SONY does not have the manual anymore. I have a scaler connected to my unit, now i can input whatever, including PAL TV, LaserDisc, game consoles etc... and watch it on the 2830.

Did you ever find a manual for your 2830 monitor? I've taught myself how to do the monitor setup, but have always wanted a manual.

Hello i have a sony hdm-2830e but have never been able to use it. What scaler do you use? Do you know where I can get one? I tried to find a manual when I bought it 10 years ago. Sony offered to supply at (if I remember correctly) £500! No future there! I bought the monitor from Central Television, Birmingham UK. They had 4 of these monitors displaying in their reception area. It's possible that they still have a nanual.
