john thanks for your reply ... but i already have the nero 7 program i paid $80 for it and it won't reconize the camcorder ... and my camcorder DID NOT come with ANY disc ... you say that you can not BUY this anywhere ... but is there any where i can DOWNLOAD it!! ... i really need it ... as i use my camcorder ALOT ... and it is much neater when i can take the videos off the tapes and put them on a disc ... plus it takes up alot less space ... and i don't even own a VCR to buy the little thing to play them back with ... i really need this installation program ... if you know where i can download it ... i would be really greatful thanks again Cherry
