video camera error message

just to say that i have a thomson vmd20 scenium camera and it displayed the error as above. I fortunately came upon this site when looking for help. The advice to give the camera a whack did work but i have to say I wasn't as brave as some your other readers and I only gave a gentle whack and so far so good. The camera works.
