How to set the time on NU TONE IM -4406

The time is showing 1:00 and is constantly blinking I need to set up the correct time on IM-4406

I recently lost my husband to a aggressive cancer. I am helpless with technical problems. Please advise how to STOP the blinking , showing 1:00 AM time. I want to set the proper time. Please help me. Thank You God bless You, Camille
