I have been working on a KV-32S42, possibly a similar model. The problem with ours was that video would flash on and then black screen, then video again at a rate of about 2 per second. Found the the Y/C jungle chip was flaky. When using freeze mist on the chip, the flashing rate would increase; when heating with heat gun, the flashing rate would decrease, and when I got it hot enough, the picture would be okay until it cooled down again.
