I got the same problem. Can you send me a picture of where the fuse is? How much of the unit do you needed to remove or take apart. I am engineer and not afraid of getting my hands dirty. So, We can locate the parts at any Radio shack or Fry's? Regards, Henry That's the one, I just ordered one off of a site, cost me $20 w/ shipping included and put it in mine. It does take some skill to solder such a small fuse but if you drop some super glue on top of the old one, you can have it stay in place while you solder the ends to the already present, dead, fuse's ends, follow me? I would test that little guy with a battery tester and make sure that the fuse is blown (circuit is open and reading infinity). Let me know if you have any further problems or if you need that site b/c I had problems finding the part number (can't be located with the F6001). mike |
