Yes, mine is fixed!!!....Call Sony -- they will tiptoe and troubleshoot you over the phone -- takes a while -- BUT, then they will say CCD is out -- they fix it for free and shipping is free both ways -- the service was superb!....I was impressed -- cam came back in two weeks or less....and I bought this cam like 3 years ago -- Sony stood by it...very impressed with their service!
