Home | Previous messageI am getting an error code C:31:30 on my Sony DVR-TRV11. The mini dv film gets stuck and the film door sometimes does not close or open. Very frustrating when I need to video and the thing does not work! I have had this repaired but is happening again. Any suggestions

Hey. I'm having the same problem. Right now I'm trying to get my miniDV film out of my camcorder but I'm not having any luck. I'm upset because it was a Christmas gift from my grandparents. How did you fix it? Did you take it back to the store and have them fix it for you? This is really frustrating... Bri |
