I FIND THIS INSULTING ARROGANCE BY ' TOP MANAGEMENT '. i'M STILL GIVING #1 MP3 MANUFACTURER HELL FOR CHARGING TOP,TOP DOLLAR FOR THEIR PRODUCT , COVERING IT FOR AN OFFENSIVELY SHORT PERIOD , THEN CHARGING WAY HIGH PRICES TO FIX THE CRAPPY LACK OF QUALITY EMBEDDED IN THE RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED GIZMO. IT'S THE WAY OF THE WORLD ---- DECLINE, DECADENCE, INDIFFERENCE, LITTLE INTEGRITY --- IN SHORT, NO CHARACTER. SEEMS THAT BAD FAITH AND ARTFULLY DODGING REASONABLE PERFORMANCE IS THE NEW NATIONAL PASTIME.
