I had the same problem....lost the disk. They screw you on the replacement cost and it's the only program that seems to work with the IP55. I'm not sure if you still need a disk, but I can burn a copy of the one I bought and send it to you if you want.

Are you still offering to burn the disks? I have a DCR-220IP and lost the CD. I can't find it anywhere to download. Could you send me one too?
