Nutone IM-3303

I have a late 90's IM-3303 which shows IC on the screen. The door bell works, but none of the controls do. Also the AM light stays on. If I reset, the screen goes blank, then the AM light goes off, but upon releasing the reset, the IC comes on right away followed in about 5 seconds by the AM light. Any Suggestions?
