My tv sometimes picuture working sometimes does not. Audio sound good. But picture is the problem. Could you tell me wheterh this is power supply problem or picture tube and what to do with it ? Power bilinks continually but sometimes picture is on.

Is there quick fix or do I have to replace something ? Thanks Chi
