Small blue light appears in middle of screen on my JVC GR-D290

Hi i have a JVC GR-D290. The problem i have is that there is a small white dot with a blue light surrounding it appearing in the middle of the screen. When i change to night scope or change the shutter speed it sometimes dissapears. just wondering if anyone can help please. Thaks
