I bought a JVC GR-D33U camera new in October of 2004. Besides problems with DV capture, it worked pretty well. Until now. My CMOS image after reset is extremely blurry and dark. It originally (when the problem occurred) was simply black. I understand there is a recall on this camera because of the CCD problems I have outlined. Can you tell me how to get my camera repaired under the recall? This is my second attempt to get help. The first was an email sent on the jvc website and was never acknowledged. Thanks, Jim Darrough
