lower channels drifting...

I have an older Sony KV-27V15 set, manufactured in 1994. Lately, the lower CATV Channels drift on occasion. Anything lower than channel 48 will totally go out then slowly come back after a few minutes or longer. Sometimes turning the tv off for a while helps. Any ideas would be helpful. Also any drawings or part numbers would be helpful. Thanks.
