If you try completely unplugging the unit from the mains power supply, leaving it for about a minute or so before reconnecting and testing it out and subsequently find that the situation has not changed then there is nothing you can do, as it can be one of a number of internal faults responsible all giving the same symptoms as you describe.

    but dont u have any advice at all, I would prefer do somethang at my own risk. I need my shit to work and I live in Jamaica, its a lot of problem to get it back to the manufacture. I need to do somethang.
