Home | First message in thread | Previous messageIf you try completely unplugging the unit from the mains power supply, leaving it for about a minute or so before reconnecting and testing it out and subsequently find that the situation has not changed then there is nothing you can do, as it can be one of a number of internal faults responsible all giving the same symptoms as you describe.
