memory card error

Hi, I have JVC digital video camera model # GR-DX77AG for almost a year. Everytime i switch on, i'll get this "card error" message. I can still take pictures with the message blinking but when playback, there are none. I'd try another memory card but the same message occurs. Any suggestion? Thank you.
