I have the JVC GR-D32 and I'm trying to transfer the video to my PC. The ImageMix Software won't recongnize the camcorder. I'm using a DV connector and a firewire card on my PC with Windows XP & Service Pk2. Any advice?

I have the JVC GR-D32 and I'm trying to transfer the video to my PC. I'm using a DV connector and a firewire card on my PC. The firewire works properly. The ImageMix Software won't recongnize the camcorder. I'm using a PC operating Windows XP and service pk2. My DV cable is 6.5 feet and conforms with IEEE1394 standards. Any advice? Andy
