Home | Previous messageI have the JVC digital video camera model# GR-D72. The LCD monitor is black or grey. It's like the lens cap is still on, but of course it's not. Also I can't see anything through the viewfinder. It will play back just fine but I can't record anything.

I'm having the same problem also. But my playback is dark with sound recorded. Previously viewed tapes playback OK. Thanks E-mail sent giving full details on the cause of problem and with instructions on how to obtain the "free" (qualified) repair on this particular fault. |
