set time for Pioneer Car Stereo (45w4)

I would like to see if anyone has instructions to set time on my Pioneer Car Stereo

I have no manual to set the time. I hope I sent the right information.

you have to turn the stereo off then hold in a button for a few seconds and then the time will pop u p

Hold-in the Source until the radio turn off. Hold-in the Source until the hour start to blink. use the arrow buttons to adjust the time.
