Ed, You may have to disconnect one pair of wires from each sub-station. I believe there are 3 pairs (orange, black and red) to each sub-station(except the door speaker). Im not sure which pair to pick. Maybe tech support @ Nutone can help. Otherwise, try one pair at a time on one station at a time. That way, you won't forget wich screw terminal is which color(or have to draw a diagram). Good Luck, Bob
